The essence of a diet is the refusal to eat solid foods, that is, to consume only liquids. This diet will completely save us from addiction to chewing (after all, we constantly chew - when we sit at the computer, watch TV). Its motto is "if you want to eat, drink water".

Consumption regime: you should drink up to 1. 5 liters of pure water per day.

How to follow a diet

If you had a lot of weight before the diet, reduce the daily calorie intake to 1200 kcal three days before starting the diet.

Drinks allowed

  • homemade broth,

  • beef, fish, vegetables, chicken broth,

  • freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice,

  • unsweetened tea,

  • compote,

  • jelly,

  • liquid dairy products with a fat content of not more than 2 per cent.

Drinks prohibited

  • alcohol,

  • soda.

  • At first I constantly want to chew something, there is a feeling of hunger - it is more of a psychological problem, because we do not chew food and cannot chew under stress. If you cannot keep the diet for a long time, stick to it for at least 7 days, it is easier to tolerate,

  • only suitable for healthy people,

  • following a diet can cause weakness, listlessness, fatigue,

  • after the end of the diet, solid food should be introduced gradually, because the gastrointestinal tract, after consuming only liquid, may not digest coarse food.

  • if you start to eat a lot immediately after the end of the diet, your previous weight may return,

  • during the period of adherence to the diet in the body there is a deficiency of vitamins, so you need to take a complex of vitamins and minerals.

Diet menu

There are 2 options for the diet depending on the duration: a hard diet (30 days) and a soft diet (7 days).

Important! When you follow a strict diet, be aware that it can adversely affect the body's metabolism.

The diet of a mild diet includes: water (at least 1. 5 liters per day), tea, compote, jelly, low-fat broth, freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, weak milkshakein fat (up to two percent fat), cocoa, sometimes you can use it - smoothies, liquid soup - mashed potatoes.

You can determine for yourself when to join the plan (for example: you will observe it for fifteen days and spend the same amount when leaving the plan).

Diet menu for 30 days

Rigid diet - liquid only. Designed for 30 days:

Have breakfast: 1 glass of low-fat yogurt,

2nd breakfast: freshly squeezed orange juice,

Lunch: vegetable puree soup (Preparation: take 1 liter of low-fat broth, vegetables - potatoes, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions. Peel the vegetables, wash, cut, put in the boiling broth. Cook until tender, then chop mash with a blender. The consistency should be similar to kefir), a glass of green tea,

Snack: fruit or berry jelly,

For dinner: a glass of low fat kefir.

The full course of the diet is 30 days, the purpose of the diet is to gradually cleanse the body.

During the 1st stage of the diet (first ten days) - the body is cleansed, the intestines are cleansed.

Warning!At this point there is sometimes a white coating on the tongue, which needs to be cleaned.

During the next period (ten more days), the kidneys and liver are cleaned, so you may experience discomfort in these organs.

At the 3rd stage of the diet (last ten days), with strict adherence to the rules, the body is cleansed at the cellular level. There is no more discomfort, on the contrary, we feel lightness, the general condition improves.

Drink clean water or milk tea between meals.

Important!If you are on a diet, you should monitor the stool - if persistent diarrhea appears, you should stop dieting.

The right way out of the diet

Discharge should be gradual: if you have been on a diet for 30 days, discharge should take two months.

First, we introduce viscous liquid porridge into the feed.

From week 2 you can eat porridge for lunch. For breakfast we eat - an egg or a cheese sandwich, and for dinner use a liquid.

From the start of the 3rd week - we drink liquid for breakfast, you can dine with porridge, and you can dine with fresh vegetables and fruits.

In the 4th week - we eat liquid for breakfast, meat or fish for lunch, and vegetables or fruit for dinner.

From week 5, consume fluids once a week for relief. Limit your intake of fats and sweets.

Diet sports

Avoid strenuous physical activity, as this will require a lot of energy and calories. Otherwise, you will worry that you will feel bad, you may even stop the diet.

During the diet period, you can do morning exercises, swing the abs, twist the hoop for thirty minutes.

In addition, you have to do coat, wrap. Otherwise, the skin will be sagging.

Diet Results

The results of the diet are impressive. In 7 days, you can lose five pounds without harming your health. In a month, you can lose ten to fifteen pounds.

Many doctors consider diet to be harmful to the body. And they offer to observe the days of fasting instead of her five to six times a month.

But reviews of ordinary people's diets are mostly positive.

The diet can only be repeated after one year, that is, it can only be followed once a year.

While observing a diet, you should pay close attention to the condition of the body, if the body does not accept the diet, then give it up.

With this diet there may be no “daily bowel movements”. In this case, you should consume more fermented milk products and water. If there is no stool for more than three days, you should exit the diet smoothly.

    During the 1st week, you can eat milk cereals (semolina, rice and other viscous cereals), drink yogurt for breakfast.

    In the 2nd week you can add light soup for lunch and for breakfast you can eat porridge or cheese sandwich. At the end of this week, you can switch to your normal diet.

  • In the diet I noticed the following disadvantages: exacerbates gastrointestinal diseases, a person becomes more irritable, constantly wants to eat.

    I started dieting because I am already 30 years old and my metabolism has slowed down and I have started to gain weight. I started to follow the diet, to play sports.

    Drink plenty of clean water throughout the day.

    The first day I lost a kilo. On the second day I drank: a glass of unsweetened grape tea, 2 liters of freshly squeezed juice. For the third day, I was worried about my weakness. But, the feeling of hunger does not bother. I drank freshly ground coffee. During the 4th day I fell through - I ate children's fruit puree, drank protein shake, fruit tea. The chair is normal, I feel normal. During the 6th day, I additionally drank ground boiled coffee with sugar. More than a week on the diet, I could not hold out.

    Lost ten kilograms. Now I plan to quit the diet smoothly for another week.

  • I gave birth to a baby and gained seventeen kilograms. I decided to try a diet - in 2 weeks I lost seven pounds. Then I repeated this diet several times. And finally, she lost the expected amount of kilograms.

    What I drank: tomato juice, various fruit juices (I drank a few), broths, milk tea, coffee with milk, water, mineral water, low fat dairy products, kefir with sugar.

  • Since childhood I was skinny, I skied, but then the doctors forbade me to do so, because every time after skiing I got sick with a purulent sore throat. As a result, I stopped exercising, but ate a lot and got terribly fat. I wanted to diet, but couldn't follow it for more than five days because I had to strictly adhere to the diet. After trying to diet, I found it easier to not eat at all. During the first 2 days of the diet, it was hard not to eat, then it got easier. At first the weight didn't go away, but then I started taking measurements and realized the volumes were going to go away. Following the diet, I lost eleven kilos. I want to give you a tip: to avoid the return of weight - to get out of the diet in a good way - it should be equal to half the days of the diet, first we introduce cereals, mashed potatoes, then solid foods in the diet.
